Nicki is the daughter of the mafia that rules Noir City, a place riddled with vindictive ghosts. However, she has been confined at home due to her psychic ability that allows her to interact with these ghosts. Then one day, Teddy, a ghost possessing a teddy bear, comes to her house to recover the memories of its past. Teddy soon learns that Nicki’s father is involved with its death and that Nicki is at the center of his plans to solve the city's ghost urban legends. Thus, Teddy convinces Nicki to escape and bides the time to take away Nicki’s body for its own revenge.
